Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

• On your appointment day: Send  me SMS or call at +32493992315.
• Before your appointment day: Email or SMS

I do not charge you for the cancellation. However, if I judge there are multiple inadequate cancellations, future service may be denied.

Late Arrival

If you will be late, please contact me as soon as possible. I will inform you if I can provide you the service at your arrival time.

Phone call or SMS require a 15-minutes notice.

I will try to complete your session, but your late arrival may require that I end your session at the scheduled time, meaning your session may be shorter.

No Show

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo an appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. If there is no reply to my follow-up email or SMS, future service will be denied.
